Happening this summer! Art More Place now offers Educational Teen ARTz Camps for ages 11-16. These four hour classes, held on Mondays and Tuesdays, offer valuable tips and techniques for the young artist in your family. Each camp is two weeks long (two classes per week) and provide instruction in a variety of art processes. Cost per Camp: $240
Camp One:
Fine Art, Illustration & Typography
Dates: Monday/Tuesday, June 8-9 and Monday/Tuesday, June 15-16
Time: 12:30pm-4:30pm
Each class will focus on creative approaches to drawing, painting and mixed media. Students are taught different ways to create stylized or realistic art, using a wide range of subjects.

Camp Two:
3D Art
Dates: Monday/Tuesday, June 22-23 and
Monday/Tuesday, June 29-30
Time: 12:30pm-4:30pm
Each class will focus on creative approaches to 3D processes using clay, paper mache and other mixed media materials. Students are guided through various projects and encouraged independent creative solutions as well.

Camp Three:
Printmaking & Collage
Dates: Monday/Tuesday, July 6-7 and
Monday/Tuesday, July 13-14
Time: 12:30pm-4:30pm
Each class will focus on printmaking and creative collage, using a variety of fun combinations of materials. Painting and expressive mark making are all part of the creative journey.

Camp Four:
Nature Inspired Art
Dates: Monday/Tuesday, July 20-21 and
Monday/Tuesday, July 27-28
Time: 12:30pm-4:30pm

Join us at our charming studio, located in the lovely Eau Gallie Arts District. We provide small, focused Teen Artz Camps and limited seating is still available. Each guided project is custom designed and instructed by professional illustrator and portrait artist Carol Muro. Appropriate for all levels of experience, these classes are skill building, fun and taught in a nurturing environment. Enjoy time with like-minded friends, while learning to think outside the box and get seriously creative. A definite for the artistic teen wanting to excel!
