Teen Arts Paper Mask Workshop with Haide Calle

Students will learn about mask making and create their own unique mask to be displayed as part of an installation.

Artist Haide Calle will educate students on the history of Mexican folk art and the importance it had to many indigenous people and how it was important for storytelling Students will chose a paper pulp mask already made for them and provided my artiswill decorate, paint, and transform these blank mask to represent their unique interests and identity.
