Immerse yourself in the world of painting from life this week-long summer camp! Painting and drawing from observation, like still lifes and portraits, remain key standards colleges use to evaluate portfolio skills, but this week-long class pushes beyond the basics. Students will strengthen their traditional observational abilities while experimenting with composition, materials, and color theory—think manipulated canvas shapes, mixed media, or unexpected hues—to create distinctive, college-ready artwork that showcases both technical mastery and creative originality.Please check your email after registering to fill out forms and camper information!
