In this LATE FALL SESSION, we will focus on teaching the basic methods of working with clay. From Handbuilding Techniques (like Pinch Pots, Coil Pots, & Slab construction) to Throwing on the Pottery Wheel, we will discuss personal goals and provide instruction for at least 4 or 5 projects that may include: a clay Sculpture, a clay Cup, a clay Dish or Platter, and a clay Bowl. Students of all skill levels are welcome to participate. Class Fee covers Instructor, Clay, Glazes and all Firing Fees
Notes
We encourage students to wear clothes they don't mind getting messy in!
