Looking for a supportive space where your child can learn to manage anxiety—while hanging out with friendly farm animals? Join us at Bracken Hill Farm for a low-cost weekly skills group designed specifically for teens and tweens (ages 11–18) who experience anxiety, overwhelm, or stress.Led by Dr. Danielle Clifford, MD—a UMass Medical School student specializing in psychiatry—this group offers evidence-based tools to help kids understand and manage their anxious thoughts in a relaxed, relatable setting. While Dr. Clifford is not yet a licensed psychiatrist and cannot provide medical advice, she brings strong clinical training and a passion for making mental wellness skills fun, practical, and approachable.
Each session includes a mix of structured coping strategies, group discussion, and calming time with our animals—all set on the peaceful grounds of Bracken Hill Farm.
This is strictly support workshop and not intended to replace therapy or other medical care, as an intern Dr. Clifford CANNOT provide medical advice, but to be used in conjunction with them to further our teens wellness
