15:00 - 16:50: Session 1

16:50 - 18:10: Dinner & Mingling

18:10 - 19:45: Session 2

*In case you should not show up before 14.30 we will make your ticket available to someone from the waitlist.

For this years event, you can either see the speakers live or at a watch party, which is in a different venue (same address though), where we will stream the event to a limited audience.

Due to scarcity of tickets, we only sell individual tickets to the live event, where you have the chance to sit only meters away from the speakers and get the real feel of being at a TEDx event. Feel like bringing a friend for a chat, grabbing a drink and enjoying the day in a cosy lounge? Then make sure to check out the Watch Party tickets!

NB! Students will be asked to present a valid student ID during the registration.

Before, in-between and after the sessions, both the live audience and watch party will meet in the social area and enjoy the day together. The day will close with a little Afterparty, so why not stick around and grab a drink with your favourite speaker?

Important things to consider:

1) Thanks to some great support, we can offer the tickets free of charge. In return, you will be able to buy food and drinks at the venue. Our hosts at Epicenter have a wonderful selection of foods to purchase.

2) If you leave the venue, we will ask you to leave your ticket behind and will make it available for someone else to join the event (That also applies should you decide to leave the the event venue to purchase food somewhere else).

3) We, the event organizers, reserve the right to make changes to the event data and registration policy, in case the Covid-19 pandemic should not allow for us to host the event as planned.

4) Your personal data is processed according to general regulations under GDPR and by submitting you also agree to the data processing regulations of Eventbrite. You also agree that we may contact you for before and after the event to provide additional information and/or ask for your feedback.

5) By registering and attending to this event, you agree that you might be photographed and/or filmed and we, the event organizers, reserve the ownership for any such material.
