Join us on Wednesday, October 28, from 10:30–11:30 AM for Teddy Bear Check Up, a playful, hands-on program where children and their favorite stuffed friends learn about health and wellness alongside Nurse Patty and Charlie.
This month's theme is our tummies! Children will discover what happens to food after we eat it, learn about the amazing digestive system, and explore how our bodies turn food into energy for play, learning, and growing.
Children will:
Learn how food travels through the digestive system
Help their stuffed animal through a pretend checkup
Explore healthy foods that help keep our bodies strong
Build confidence around healthcare and wellness through play
Perfect for toddlers through early elementary-aged children, this program encourages curiosity, healthy habits, and positive experiences with healthcare professionals in a fun and welcoming environment.
