Dror Futter is a venture capital and technology attorney at the Rimon PC law firm. He advises ventures and investors on venture financings and a range of technology companies on their commercial agreements. Previously, he was the general counsel of a venture fund and a venture-backed startup. Dror is the editor of the “Start-Up & Emerging Companies: Planning, Financing & Operating the Successful Business” treatise, published by ALM Global. He is a member of the legal advisory board of the Angel Capital Association and was a long-time member of the NVCA model form drafting committee. He is a mentor at Princeton’s Keller Center and the Jewish Entrepreneur.

Dror earned his AB in political science magna cum laude at Princeton and his JD at Columbia. He is admitted to practice in both New Jersy and New York.
