Techno Yoga is Back in Basement! ✨✨✨
We are so excited to return to this venue for this event. Connecting sound, yoga, community together to connect our expressions and movements to the genres of techno. There are two sessions: one at 18:00 & one at 19:30, please be mindful of which time you buy! 💛

The event is a combination of art and sound therapy and we explore our embodiment through a vinyasa practice, focused on the breath and the love of the breath. The playlist is curated by your host and artist Natasha, to fit the concept that we will be exploring together 💛💛💛

Please bring your own mat to the space and be mindful of your own body. This practice is for all levels of yoga! If you're new to yoga and do not own a mat, write to me in advance so I can bring one for you. Everyone is welcome regardless of gender, expression, ethnicity, nationality, sexuality and so on. There are no refunds on tickets, however you may try to resell your ticket if you can't make it. Tickets do not have any extra fee.

An important part of yoga philosophy is karma yoga, where we give without expecting in return. For me it is important to give beyond my events, therefore a portion of your ticket is going towards a charity fund. The charities range depending on the type of event, you're always welcome to ask me which charity this event will donate towards. Some organizations include: Cry India, Save The Children, The Black Youth Project, various LGBTQ+ organizations and Rainforest Trust. 💛💛💛

***Entrance for the first session opens at 17:30 & the second will open at 19:05. We will come welcome you at the gate. Please arrive on time.
