Tech/ish AVL: AI, Privacy & Who Gets to Decide

AI is learning more about us every day — through our conversations, our devices, our habits. What does that mean for privacy? And does it matter as much as we think, or more than we realize?

Some think privacy concerns are overblown- that data is the price of progress, and we should focus on what AI can build. Others think we're sleepwalking into a system that quietly shapes our choices and freedoms, and once that's normalized, we won't get it back.

Tech/ish will overview and unpack the various perspectives on this topic, including the case that privacy fears are overstated, and the case that autonomy is genuinely at stake. Then we open it up to the room with the goal to gain more understanding of each other's why.
