Step into the sacred medicine of the Rose, a master teacher and healer that has graced Mother Earth for over 35 million years. Roses offer powerful physical and energetic gifts, and over the past four years, they have become a profound teacher in my life, especially in moments of loss, grief, and transformation. The Rose has taught me to soften in the hardest times and continually supports me in opening my heart and embracing life’s natural seasons.

In this intimate 4-hour workshop, we will explore the deep wisdom of the Rose, guiding you to connect with its energy for self-healing and transformation. Together, we’ll create a supportive community space where you’ll learn how to work with the sacred essence of the Rose with ease and intention.

In this workshop, we will experience:

• Opening ceremony

• Rose tea for grounding and heart opening

• Group meditation to connect with the spirit of the Rose

• Contemplation with Rose as your Master Plant Teacher

• Learning self-healing techniques using energetic roses

• Guided practice of self-healing

• Setting powerful energetic boundaries with the Rose

• Open space for reflection, questions, and sharing

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

• A blanket to sit on

• A journal or notebook + something to write with

ABOUT YOUR PRACTITIONER

Lisette Archer-Barber is a certified Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master and Sound Healing Accredited Practitioner. She is passionate about connecting and understanding the divine energy within everything. Each time in her life when she has felt she has figured it out, there is always more to dive into and learn. Her goal is to bring awareness to one's actions and choices so they may align with your purest 'self' without distortion. She creates sacred space for others along their spiritual journey, meeting them where they are.
