The Equity Project (TEP) Charter School, is excited to invite you to our upcoming Teacher Social - an evening of mixing and mingling with TEP educators and leaders, as well as mission-driven educators from across the city.

We look forward to welcoming you at The Harlem Tavern for bites, drinks, and an opportunity to build community with fellow educators.

Who We Are

TEP’s mission is to achieve educational equity for historically underserved communities by utilizing master teachers to provide rigorous academics, arts, and athletics instruction. TEP reallocates the public funding it receives as a charter school to pay its teaching professionals an annual salary of $140,000, with the opportunity to earn a significant performance bonus.
