Teacher Exclusive Nutrition Series: Session 1

Attention Teachers! Join Million Dollar Teacher Project, Arizona State University, and The City of Tempe EnVision Center for an exclusive Nutrition Class Series with Jayne Reynolds of Sycamore and Sage Nutrition! The series is composed of thee sessions which can be taken individually or together to build upon the knowledge. Teachers may sign-up for individual sessions, two, or all three.

Week 1 - Foundations of Nutrition for Energy and Stress Management

Goal: Empower teachers with foundational knowledge about how nutritionimpacts energy and stress levels.

✅ Importance of balanced blood sugar for mood stability and stress resilience.
