Tea4Tea - Trans and Nonbinary Comedians Spill the Tea!

Toronto! Come check out this very special comedy show featuring EXCLUSIVELY trans and/or nonbinary comedians! Come laugh your cute lil' butt off while supporting some of the best non-cis comedians this town has to offer!

Tea4Tea is all about having a blast while celebrating the amazing comedic talent in our community! Come and enjoy a fun night of comedy and carry on with your Pride celebrations feeling like your most amazing (slightly lit!) selves! ??

Tickets are $20 (we love to pay trans & enby folx fairly for their labour!) but all are welcome regardless of means - DM @annasebastiencomedy on Instagram for Pay What You Can tickets / community pricing.

The show is followed by FREE queer karaokee! 10 pm til laaaaate.

The venue:

• The show takes place in the theatre space in the downstairs area of Tallboys.
• There are steps to enter the venue and the theater space and washrooms are down a flight of stairs.
• There is an unmarked, gender neutral washroom with a toilet between the 'mens' and 'women's' washrooms.

Community:

• All are welcome at this event, including allies, that recognize this is a queer and trans space where we are inclusive and respectful of one another, and where oppressive behaviour won't fly
• At this show we only speak to our own identities, we don't punch down, and isms, phobias, and aggressive crowd work will never be tolerated. The show is hosted and produced by a queer, nonbinary comedian who takes this seriously AF, and all the comedians agree to community guidelines that explain this
• This show will be fun filled and full of friendly queers, and the audience and comedian can make new friends and mix and mingle at Queer Karaoke afterwards. If you are flying solo, are nervous, or have any questions, feel free to DM the host @annasebastiencomedy on Instagram. This is all about community!
• We all want a sexy, healthy Pride month! If you are feeling sick, please stay home! Refund requests will be honoured up to 4 hours before the show. You are totally welcome to wear a mask, and we'd be stoked if you rapid tested before the show.
