We are excited to invite you to participate in the BEE Collective's Tea with Teachers series , a space created specifically for early educators and child care workers to come together and share your insights, challenges, and ideas on how we can better support our invaluable workforce.
Your voice is essential in shaping the future of early childhood education in our community. Whether you’re facing day-to-day challenges or have thoughts on long-term improvements, this is a welcoming and open forum where your experiences and perspectives are heard and valued.
These circles are designed to foster collaboration and collective strength, empowering us to work together towards meaningful solutions that uplift our profession and enhance the well-being of all early educators.

Information from these conversations will help influence and impact state legislation.

Stipend offered for participation. Lunch provided for in person sessions.
