About this Event
Tea time with Tay your license therapist and author of your next self care journal, will be hosting her very first self care and network event at Make and Mellow. Self care reduces symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress. Many women forget to prioritize self care. Self care is a necessity, not a luxury. You are guaranteed to leave with more than you came with. Your heart with be filled with sisterhood, self love, a candle, and of course the tea!
Until I see you I want to challenge you to practice a little self love by drinking some herbal tea, a hot Epsom salt bath, or a sheet mask. See you there babe!!!
