Join De'shon for a 4-part Rhythm & Flow workshop series — Tea Time with De’shon — where we’ll dive into the deeper side of yoga, beyond the mat. Most of us are familiar with breathwork, meditation, and asanas (postures), but do we really know the other five limbs?

Together, we’ll explore the Eight Limbs of Yoga through open conversation, reflection, and embodied practice. Expect tea, light refreshments, a soulful yoga flow, and music that moves you. This space is all about alignment — mind, body, and spirit moving together in rhythm & flow.
