WHAT TO EXPECT AT OUR AUGUST TEA RENDEZVOUS?
We warmly invite members of the Brew-tea-ful Club and all tea lovers to join our monthly gathering. This August, we will explore and compare two unique tea styles from neighboring regions:
• Vietnamese Bamboo Tea (Ha Giang) vs. Yunnan Pu'er & Black Tea (China): Originating from adjacent high-mountain regions with similar raw materials, what subtle secrets lie behind the distinct flavors in each cup?
• Vietnamese Gaba Oolong (Di Linh, Lam Dong): Experience a soothing and tranquil flavor journey from Southern Vietnam.
MEET THE TEA ARTISANS (GUEST SPEAKERS):
• Franco: Founder of Chin Tea – born in Yunnan, featuring premium Pu’er teas that have won multiple Gold Awards at the Toronto Tea Festival.
• Robert Nguyen: Tea Artisan and Founder of Song Hy Tra – the pioneering traditional tea brand from Vietnam.
