🌙 Roots & Rituals brings people together to explore herbal traditions through shared learning, hands-on tasks and community connection. From teas and tinctures to topicals and herbal foods, the series offers practical skills for incorporating plant wellness into everyday life.Learn to grow, harvest, and blend herbs for personalized wellness teas. We will learn to identify some herbs and flowers that are edible and health beneficial at Urbandale Garden. We will tour the garden and there will be an opportunity to pick herbs for tea. We will enjoy sun tea and herbal tea while discussing the benefits of the plants we choose. There will be light snacks.

Please be aware that there is a portable toilet only. Parking is on Hayford Ave.
