Tea Enthusiast Certificate Workshop

Agenda: Workshop 1: Tea Essentials. You will taste and grade 8 black teas and 8 green teas in the Tea Essentials workshop.

Learn how to select the right tea by the size, color and smell of the leaf. Knowing the origin is sometimes difficult in today's retail stores. Identifying the tea leaf is going to give you the confidence to choose without wasting money on bitter tea.

Workshop 2: Tea Blending

In this short two-hour session you get hand-on experience on blending your own recipe of tea. Build on what you learned from Tea Essentials to understand how to blend tea with other ingredients.

Using your knowledge you will blend with 3 different teas. Oolong, Green and Black. There are also over 30 ingredients to choose from to create your custom tea.

Take what you learn here and open your creativity in your own kitchen with the ingredients you already have.
