Grab a friend or two, or more, and treat yourselves to one of McDougall Cottage’s much-loved Teas by the Grand. Settle in and enjoy our classic Cottage tea, featuring a selection of tea sandwiches, freshly baked scones served with preserves and whipped cream, and sweets, of course!
Is there anything lovelier than lingering over tea and good conversation in a cozy 168-year-old stone cottage, then wandering at your own pace through our enchanting heritage garden?
Reservations are required and space is limited, so reserve your spot now!
Cost: $29.95 + HST per person. Tickets are also available for in-person purchase at the Cottage during McDougall's hours of operation. Tickets are non-refundable.
Museum members receive a 10% discount by using "Memcode".
Museum Volunteers receive a 10% discount by using "Volcode".

Since McDougall Cottage is not a restaurant, we may not always be able to accommodate dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate requests when possible. If you have questions regarding dietary restrictions please contact us before purchase at [email protected]. Gluten-free options are only available in our specialty gluten-free teas. Check our website for upcoming dates or please email us.
To assist staff with event set-up: If the members of your party are purchasing tickets individually, rather than under one reservation please email us at [email protected] in advance of the tea, so we can be sure to seat all the members of your party together.
