Grab a friend or two, or more, and treat yourselves to one of McDougall Cottage’s much-loved Teas by the Grand. Settle in and enjoy our classic Cottage tea, featuring an assortment of delicate tea sandwiches, freshly baked scones served with preserves and whipped cream, and sweets, of course!
Is there anything lovelier than lingering over tea and good conversation in a cozy 167-year-old stone cottage?
Reservations are required and space is limited, so reserve your spot now!
Cost: $29.95 + HST per person. Tickets are also available for in-person purchase at the Cottage during McDougall's hours of operation. Tickets are non-refundable.
Museum members receive a 10% discount by using "Memcode".
Museum Volunteers receive a 10% discount by using "Volcode".
Please note:

- To assist staff with event set-up: If the members of your party are purchasing tickets individually, rather than under one reservation please email us at [email protected] in advance of the tea, so we can be sure to seat all the members of your party together.
- While we are happy to accommodate parties of more than 6, we cannot seat parties of more than 6 at one table. Any party larger than 6 will be split into tables and seated near one another.
- Children under the age of three do not require a ticket, however, please let us know if they are attending so that we can account for that when planning our seating arrangements.
