Tea & Tune: A Sound Bath & Tea Ceremony

The experience begins with a grounding practice, allowing you to center yourself and release the outside world. Then, Herbalist and Ceremonialist Nora Luce guides you into a tea ceremony. After experiencing it within your own self and receiving healing from the plant, we will review a plant profile of the folklore, historical uses and medical botany.

In sacred alignment, Sound Therapist Emily Blooms helps us clear energetic blockages to recharge and upgrade the light codes within our energetic bodies. The healing vibrations of the crystal bowls and other healing instruments supports the movement and medicine of the tea within the bodies of our water, allowing for even deeper connection. The immersive soundscape experience promotes relaxation, stress relief and emotional healing.

By the end of the session, you will feel centered to the healing plants that nourish spirit, body and soul. The tones of the sound harmonizing with the ritual of tea is going to create such a state of bliss to take you out into the rest of your day!

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS

Nora Luce is a local folk herbalist who serves the community at the local farmer's market with her company Critical Ritual. She has a passion for sharing her many years of education in medical botany and folk herbalism. Her desire is for this community to have more awareness of the abundance of plant medicine that surrounds us in this city and the re-awakening of more medicine people on this land.
