Join Good Tern Co-op and Wild Hope Botanicals for a Tea & Tisane Workshop at Hole in the Wall Bagels. Explore the art and science of crafting your own custom herbal tea blends. In this interactive session, you’ll learn about the flavors, aromas, and benefits of a variety of herbs, flowers, and spices commonly used in tea. Together, we’ll discuss how different ingredients complement each other and how to create balanced blends for relaxation, energy, digestion, or everyday enjoyment.
Participants will have the opportunity to smell, taste, and experiment with a range of loose herbs and botanicals. Whether you’re a longtime tea lover or simply curious about herbal traditions, this workshop offers a fun and welcoming way to learn something new.
