About this Event
Step into an evening of ancestral reverence, divinity, and serenity at Tea & Tarot—a creative sanctuary where ritual meets imagination.
In this intimate gathering, we honor the thin veil of the season with guided tarot readings and a hands-on collage ritual to celebrate our sacred dead. Bring a photo or memento of your beloved ancestors and channel your devotion into art, conversations, and connection.
Participants are invited to dress in white.
Come tap into a conversation with the guest of honor, Nefertiti Harris, as she offers insights and practices that support the art of ancestral veneration.
Whether you come to make or simply to sip tea and listen, this space is yours to rest, reflect, and reconnect.
Tea & Tarot is an offering of community care, creativity, and ancestral love presented by Someday Bakery, Nourish, and Black Her Stories.

Meet Your Guides
(she/her) is an interdisciplinary artist, art historian, and organizational consultant who transforms the art of storytelling and collage into immersive learning experiences. Through her studio, Nourish, she helps leaders cultivate cultures of creativity, connection, and care.
Rooted in the Black American traditions of cooperation and community organizing, Michaela is also the creator and host of (BHS), a platform that celebrates the creative power of Black women--past and present. Nefertiti Harris is a spiritualist/medium who utilizes messages from one's deceased family members, guides, and sometimes oracle cards to facilitate balance and healing for her clients. She also works as a medical intuitive, sharing physical, spiritual, and hereditary blocks that could alter one's balance and quality of life. All insights are shared as preventative tools.
Nefertiti provides spiritual insights that cultivate a stronger connection with the higher self. "I remain in awe of the blessings I've experienced, as I assist others in seeing the potentiality of their lives."
