Tea & Meditation with Miles CramerEvery 4th Saturday of the month.
In this 1 hour tea meditation, each participant will be given a bowl and a serving of High Mountain Oolong Tea. The instructor, Miles Cramer, will guide us through meditation interwoven through 2 infusions of tea. In the meditation, we will cultivate mindfulness, embodiment, and gratitude.
