All are welcome to an explorative and empowering afternoon of utilizing voice. We will go through simple, ancient techniques to clear the path which allows the beauty of authentic sound to emerge. We will breakdown traditional Sanskrit Mantras in order to receive a comprehensive understanding of their meaning and intention.
All while sipping a speciality brewed herbal tea.
No prior experience needed.
We will play different instruments that help everyone to harmonize and reveal the voice within. Each person will receive invaluable tools of meditation that they can implement within their own practices.
