Come to Te Manawa this Matariki to meet Te Toki Voyaging Trust's heroic Pacific voyagers and explore the kaupapa of voyaging from the past, our present, and into the future. Discover the significance of whetū from a mātauranga Māori perspective.
Join them around te kāpehu whetū (the star compass) or crawl into the whare whetū (star dome) as they engage you with kōrero, stories, waiata, and digital resources.
***This experience is suitable for whānau with TAMARIKI 7+ years OF AGE - Please do not book children younger than this.
Tamariki 7-13yrs must have an accompanying adult - each will need a ticket. Sessions are 30 mins long. Please be 5 minutes early for your session.
