🎯 TDLS State Team Tryouts 🎯The Tuesday Dart League Sarasota (TDLS) State Team tryouts will be held Saturday at 2:00 PM at 8 Ball. Please arrive on time and expect the tryouts to last about 3 hours. Entry fee is $25.
Format
Men: Round robin vs all other men attending
Women: Round robin vs all other women attending
Games: 3 games of 501 (Open In / Double Out) against each opponent
Scoring: Each win = 1 point
Top 7 men and Top 3 women with the highest points make the team
Players must be active members of the TDLS community.
Important Dates
Letter of Team Intent Due: April 1
$500 Tournament Entry Fee Due: June 1
FDA State Tournament Dates:
Round 1: Aug 7–9, 2026
Round 2: Oct 9–11, 2026
Sponsorships
Current tentative sponsors: TriYield and The Mancave. If you know anyone interested in sponsoring the team, please reach out. We may reuse last year’s shirts and order additional ones for new team members to reduce costs.
Once the team is selected, we plan to run fundraisers to support the trip.
