Open to all Twin Cities Run Clubs, informal groups, solo run/walkers and those looking to join a club! NOTE: June, July, and August Summer hours will start at 6:45 AM!
The Twin Cities Motion Center will be open for stretching, water, restrooms and social use. We are located just across the street from paved trails along the Mississippi River! We're hoping you utilize this opportunity to meet folks from other clubs, share information and build relationships within the Twin Cities running community.
