About this Event
PERFORMER APPLICATION ONLY for T he Consummate Flutist.
The Consummate Flutist at Carnegie Mellon University is an annual 5 day masterclass that brings together esteemed faculty and talented flutists for a week of masterclasses, workshops, and lectures that will inspire, enlighten, and invigorate your flute playing.
2024 Faculty: Alberto Almarza, Lorna McGhee, Julie McGough, Soo-Kyung Park and Mark Sparks.
Applications for PERFORMERS are accepted on a rolling basis. Once all performer spots are filled, we will start a waiting list. Results of your application will be sent within 2 weeks of receipt of your audition links.
A fter acceptance, students will have 2 weeks to submit a deposit of $100 to hold their position in the class. Remaining tuition ($700) will be due by May 1st or within 2 weeks of acceptance if applying after May 1.
