Welcome to the first WOMENS EMPOWERMENT Retreat! For married, engaged & single women!***************UPDATED 2.7.2024***********************************************
We are looking to shake up the regular routine. We have so many wonderful wives in our group. Still, The Couples Community has a HIGH demand to host a women's retreat for married, engaged, and single ladies!!!!
We want to create a magical weekend JUST FOR YOU!!

Date: August 15th – 18th
Thursday – Sunday (4 days and 3 nights)
Check-in time: 2pm-6pm
All ladies will need to be registered and checked in by 6pm Thursday night

Everything you need to know:
Where: Specifics will be concrete in Georgia once all deposits are paid, and the home is booked.
I will provide the approximate time distance if asked.
Price: $800 per person

• Covers:
• Accommodations- assigned a room based off of the order of deposit *see below for more details
• Food (All meals are covered UNLESS specifically specified)
• Alcohol- All liquor, wine, and champagne will be provided throughout the stay.
• Women’s T-shirt & small welcome gift
• A private chef for at least one meal on the trip
• Facial and access to an on-site Esthetician (other packages can be booked in advance)
• All activities will be planned and explained upon arrival
• In-house photographer to capture all the memories
There will NOT be any outside-the-home activities planned for this trip.
A lot goes into planning a vacation with a big group of people. Communicating and updating everyone about plans to have a successful trip is essential. Because I am familiar with planning vacations for big groups, as you can imagine, it can be challenging to get all of the details right for all parties. I am very friendly, but when planning, I make it a point to be VERY blunt, and I over-communicate so that there is no confusion about any expectations while I host you.
YOU are responsible for reading and understanding all the information before committing to the trip by paying a deposit.
What is guaranteed is a bedroom that will be assigned and shared with another lady traveling on the trip. Depending on the room set up, 3-4 people share rooms.
Rooms range from king-size to bunk beds and are filled based on deposits paid.
Before the final payment on the trip, all confirmed women will receive an email asking what items specifically they prefer, like, are allergic to, and prefer not to have. Based on this feedback, a grocery list will be created and purchased before your arrival. When you arrive, the home will be fully stocked.
Things to Know on this trip:
1. Up to 3-4 women could potentially share a room
2. We will all cook together and help with clean up if needed
3. Feel free to bring anything that you need to make your trip better for you.
4. You MUST watch the live video or recording of the live video before making a deposit.
5. There may even be wives split into groups to cook, and we will cook together on the first night. If cooking is not your specialty, no worries. There are other ways to contribute.
6. Bathrooms will be shared
The host, Melanie, will provide you with an itinerary for the weekend upon arrival, a list of activities to ensure you enjoy your stay away, and many more surprises along the way!
There will be games and chances to win prizes and opportunities to make long-lasting friendships along the way!
To lock in your spot on the weekend getaway, you MUST pay a deposit of $80 per person.
Information for where the deposit can be sent will be provided on November 30th, at 6pm AFTER Melanie goes LIVE.
Each lady will be assigned a room based on the assignment order, and Melanie will announce room assignments 1 day before travel. (this will allow all the ladies a fair chance to get to know others and step outside their comfort zone.)
The first 14 ladies to pay the deposit will be the ones who will travel on this retreat.
********NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO TRAVEL. ********
If you cannot travel and have already paid the necessary amount, it is up to you to find someone to replace you. Monetary agreements can be worked out privately between you and the person replacing you. I will gladly provide a list of people who may be interested in traveling at that time.
This is where I am very blunt- A refund will never be provided.
However, we will do everything we can to help replace you so that funds are recovered. We must protect the group that is going and has paid in advance because this would change the price for everyone else. (In the event the trip is canceled due to COVID-related restrictions, we will follow whatever guidelines the company we book with provides)- In other words- some companies will offer a full refund. If so- everyone will be refunded. Some companies will only offer to rebook for an alternate date; if so, we will do that.
Payments:
This getaway will be paid in 4 installments
*******Deposit open: NOW until 2.21.24 - $180 per person
The $180.00 deposit holds your spot and must be paid by February 21st
2nd payment due (House Deposit): March 15th- $250.00
**3rd payment due: May 5th- $150
4th and Final payment due July 7th - $220
**If you make payments and something happens, and you cannot travel, it is up to you to find someone to replace you. No refunds will be issued, and future payments must be arranged between you and the person replacing you.**
*If you are late or miss a payment without communicating with me or setting up an arrangement, the group will replace you after 1 week of non-communication. I am not a bill collector; I will reach out 1 time to remind you, then I will offer your spot to someone else minus what you have already paid. If you don't COMMUNICATE WITH ME, I will assume you no longer wish to travel. The lady we replace you with will be able to pick up payments where you left off*
I will always get the first master. I plan the trip, get the details together, and put the deposit down on the home. Suzette is helping prepare for this trip and will share this room with me.
Car pooling-TRANSPORTATION IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS getaway!
However, we will discuss carpooling because the driveway may not accommodate 14+ cars.
You are welcome to discuss renting a van and splitting the cost. If you are interested in discussing this more, please mention it in your private message to me. I will add you to the list of carpoolers, and we can go over those plans separately.

I would love to confirm with everyone and book it ASAP. (If you find you are not interested in traveling, just let me know)

PAYING THE DEPOSIT FOR THIS TRIP WILL ACT AS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT YOU HAVE READ THE INFORMATION PROVIDED, UNDERSTAND THE INFORMATION WITHIN, AND AGREE WITH THE TERMS.

2. (CHEAP) white dress or one that you do not mind getting dirty
3. 2 sets of PJs (1. Black and 1 white)
4. 1 sundress
5. $20 cash collected on the first day
6. Funds for brunch out
7. 1 pair of black pants or shorts
