Q: Why can’t I purchase my ticket on the iPhone app?
A: Unfortunately our iPhone app isn’t compatible with the queue we have to use for the initial sale. Once the queue ends, tickets will be available via the iPhone app.
Q: Why can’t I use Season Pass for my tickets? Will this change for screenings beyond opening weekend?
A: These screenings are special events that come with extra fun, so they’re unfortunately not available with Season Pass.
Q: How does the queue work?
A: When you start browsing tickets you will be placed in a virtual line and receive a notification when it’s your turn to buy. This just makes sure that our servers aren’t overloaded by the power of Tay Tay.
Q: Can we sing along to this screening? Will there be rowdy screenings?
A: Even we know that there’s no possible way to not sing along when hit by the power of Taylor Swift. So while there won’t be Rowdy Screenings per se, we’re definitely down with you getting a little rowdy at the screenings – within reason, of course. Let’s keep it fun and cute out there.
Q: Will these be Movie Party screenings?
A: While the screenings won’t technically be a Movie Party, they will be a joyous celebration of Taylor Swift with singing and some awesome props for all guests, so basically the same thing.
Q: What is the age limit? Can I bring my kids/nieces/nephews/cousins?
A: All shows before 7pm are Kid Friendly, and we’re even loosening our age policy to let kids 13 and up see it without parents or guardians.
Q: What if I bought my tickets somewhere else already? Why should I go to Alamo’s version?
A: “Alamo’s Version” branded props, merch, and drinks that will be available at this screening at our locations
