✨ Job Summary
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Tax Preparer to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist clients in accurately and efficiently preparing their tax returns, providing valuable support to our community. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and is comfortable working on a desktop device. We’ll provide all necessary equipment and tax software at no cost to you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for both individuals and businesses.
• Analyze financial information to calculate tax liabilities and deductions.
• Manage client accounts using accounting software.
• Communicate with clients to gather financial data and provide updates.
• Stay up-to-date with current tax laws and regulations.
• Maintain organized records of client information.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure timely tax preparation.
Qualifications:
• Experience in tax preparation or accounting is a plus!
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
