Commissioners are blaming the public for empty seats—ignoring the reality that people are working and can’t attend morning meetings. They were asked to get out into the community. They refused. Now they’re putting it on us.
So let’s respond.
Let’s show them who we are.
Yes, there’s been some progress on the abatement agreement—and that matters. But there are still serious gaps, and the progress is being oversold.
They’re betting people don’t understand these deals.
They’re wrong.
We’ve read them.
We’ve studied them.
We know what real accountability and return on investment should look like.
Instead of owning it, they shift blame to others—when they have the power to coordinate, inform, and deliver for this community.
This is their job. And we need to remind them.
Show up.
