TAUTUMEITAS ANNOUNCE THEIR FIRST EUROPEAN HEADLINE TOUR
Latvian six-piece Tautumeitas, known for blending Baltic folk traditions with contemporary production and captivating live performances, are embarking on their first European headline tour this September. After representing Latvia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, the band introduced its distinctive sound to millions of viewers across Europe, gaining a growing international fanbase. This September, Tautumeitas will bring their immersive live show to Warsaw, Berlin, Prague and Vienna.
The tour follows the release of the band's latest album, Līgojami, the group's first record entirely dedicated to the Latvian Midsummer celebration. The album explores ancient solstice songs, nature rituals and vocal traditions, combining energetic, rhythm-driven arrangements with intimate a cappella harmonies that showcase the beauty and power of traditional Latvian polyphonic singing.
Following a summer of selected festival appearances, including Pohoda Festival in Slovakia, Tautumeitas continue to build their international presence. This September, the band will embark on its first European headline tour, offering audiences the opportunity to experience its full live show before making its U.S. debut in early 2027.
Known for their powerful vocal harmonies, striking visual identity and immersive stage performances, Tautumeitas have appeared at internationally acclaimed festivals including Glastonbury, Eurosonic, Rudolstadt Festival and Festival du Bout du Monde, steadily building an international following.
