Join us for a guided meditation and intention-setting ritual aligned with the Taurus New Moon. Each new moon marks the beginning of a new cycle. This is a moment to slow down, feel your feet on the ground, and get honest about what actually matters right now. The Taurus New Moon is a time to focus on what feels steady, supportive, and sustainable — and to direct your energy toward what’s truly worth building. What to Expect We’ll begin with a short introduction to the Taurus New Moon and the themes we’ll be working with. From there, you’ll be guided through a ~40-minute meditation to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and get clear on what you want to cultivate in this next cycle. After the meditation, there will be time for journaling and optional sharing. If you’d like, you can also share a personal intention or prayer. I’ll hold it on my altar until the next new moon as part of my ongoing practice. No experience with meditation or astrology is needed. Just come as you are.
