Taunton's Big Sleep Out 2026

Join us for an unforgettable evening under the stars as we come together to raise vital funds and awareness for Somerset-based homelessness charity, ARC.

For one night only, participants of all ages will sleep outdoors to stand in solidarity with those experiencing homelessness in our community. While it’s just one night for us, it’s a daily reality for many and your participation helps ARC continue providing crucial support to those who need it most.

The Big Sleep Out is about more than giving up your bed. It’s an eye-opening, rewarding, and fun community experience, featuring live music, inspiring talks, food, and activities for children.

Participants are encouraged to raise funds through sponsorship, helping to maximise the impact of the night and support ARC’s vital work with people experiencing homelessness across Somerset.

All participants will receive cardboard for sleeping, a cooked breakfast, and a goodie bag as part of their registration.

Whether you join as part of a group (a fantastic team-building opportunity) or come along solo and meet like-minded people, you’ll be part of something truly meaningful. It’s also a great chance to connect with ARC staff, hear from past clients, and stand together as a community.
