Tau Omega Chapter Summer Roll Out Series Divine 9 Night!

Pull out your roller skates and best outfit for Tau Omega's first-ever Summer Roll Out Series on the fourth Thursdays of every month starting June-September from 7pm-10pm!

Our last event was a hit! A special shoutout to everyone that attended!

Join us for our grand finale D9 Night as we glide to the best tunes, raise money for scholarships and community programs with music powered by A+ The CEO

Dress in comfortable clothing while representing your organization!

Not a skater? Don't worry! We are offering free skate lessons to the first 20 people to register! There's also seating for those who wish to attend but are uncomfortable skating! Come ready to join our jam session area where we'll do some line dancing! All of our themes promote unity, networking and accomplishments. Proceeds will benefit our annual scholarships and community programs!

Below you'll find the waiver for this event. Each ticket holder must sign a waiver during check in on the day of the event.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE
I hereby release and agree to hold Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.®, Tau Omega Chapter harmless from and waive any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for illness, injury or death that may occur/ be caused by any act or failure to act during my participation in this event or activity on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives. I understand that this Waiver discharges of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.®, Tau Omega Chapter its employees or representatives from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the sorority arising from participating in The Summer Roll Out - Roller Skating Fundraising Series. The Waiver of Liability and Release extends to members of the Board of Directors, employees, and participating members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.®,Tau Omega Chapter.
By initialing below, I acknowledge the risk of participating in The Summer Roll Out - Roller Skating Fundraising Series and voluntarily assume the risk by participating in this activity or event or other Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.®, Tau Omega Chapter activities and that such activity may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.
Attestation
By voluntarily affixing my initials and signature to this Waiver of Liability and Release, I attest that I have read and fully understand this statement in its entirety and that my participation in this event is strictly voluntary and not under threats, duress or coercion by anyone.
