Tatreez (Palestinian embroidery) workshop

Learn about the rich history of tatreez, its role in Palestinian resistance and have a go yourself, in these fun, hands-on workshops.
About this Event

The workshops are being run on Monday 22nd June (1300--1500) and on Thursday 25th June (1400--1600). They are offered free of charge but contributions to cover the cost of materials would be appreciated on the day. Any excess money raised will be donated to Palestine.

All levels of embroidery experience are welcome and no previous knowledge is necessary. Materials will be provided to stitch a traditional or solidarity motif that can be used to decorate a book mark.
