We’re thrilled to announce a dream collaboration with SMEG, the iconic Italian kitchen essentials brand celebrated for its creativity, style, and vibrant appliances.
Join us for an autumn-themed Italian cooking workshop at the SMEG showroom in Amsterdam.
We’ll kick off the evening with a glass of wine and some freshly made vegetarian appetizers before diving into the hands-on cooking experience.
Together, we’ll craft long stuffed ravioli filled with pumpkin and gorgonzola, and whip up a classic tiramisù using pasteurized eggs.
You’ll learn to make the ravioli and fillings from scratch, as well as the tiramisù, all while using SMEG’s stunning kitchen equipment.
Work in teams with these beautiful tools to make dough, whip cream, shape pasta, and more. After our cooking session, we’ll enjoy a delightful meal together, beautifully setting the table and sharing great conversation.
The class will be taught by Micaela, a TASTY TALKS host and food business owner- who is passionate about Italian cuisine. Formerly, a cancer research scientist, Micaela s passionate about sharing her cuisine with people in Amsterdam through her workshops and catering.
