Tasting Terroir: Explore Six German Wine Regions

For ages 21 & up

Taste your way through six of Germany’s thirteen wine regions as you explore a selection of diverse wines that reflect the differences in terroir and wine types. On this guided tasting tour, let your palate travel through the limestone-grown grape vineyards found in the Pfalz region; enjoy the crisp minerality of wines from Mosel, Germany’s oldest wine region; delight in the delicate, easy-drinking softness of Rheinhessen wines, and more.

Keep an eye out for truly special German wines that are making their debut appearance in Texas during our Passport event!

Wines served in class will be paired with light bites.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
