Tasting History is an opportunity to learn about crop origins, how they became part of our local agricultural and culinary traditions, how to grow them at home, and more. Our staff and volunteers share samples, written materials, and recipes. You may arrive and approach the Tasting History information tables any time between 9 & 11am to learn and ask questions.
In June we feature onions and garlic. These are culinary favorites worldwide and are grown in several of the plots at Mission Garden.
This event is free. Gifts to the garden are appreciated. They help the garden grow!
