Expect 25 minute back-to-back "tastes" of yoga from various studios + health n wellness & spa experience stations AND an awesome yogi swag bag. Take as many classes as you want and leave the rest. Feel free to ebb n flow in as you wish:) No rules.

The Line-Up:

9:30 am: Doors open, check in

10 am: Morning Sun Salutation Flow

10:30 am: Bodyweight Yoga Sculpt

11:00 am: Buti Yoga

11:30 am: Vinyasa

12:00 pm: Deep Release and Restore

12:30 pm: Replenishing Sound Bath

1:30 pm: Event Ends
