Calling All Cheeseheads! If Wisconsin is known for anything, it's cheese. Perhaps not surprising, Wisconsin produces the most cheese in the United States with a history of cheesemaking for over 180 years.
For this special tasting, we'll have the one and only Molly Browne, Education Director for Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin and Wisconsin Cheese, guide us through a tasting of seven of our favorite Wisconsin cheeses, paired with complementary food bites.
Whether you're a transplant, visiting from America's Dairyland, or a local who wants to see what all the fuss is about, our Taste of Wisconsin is sure to knock your (cheese) socks off.
