Join us for a unique culinary journey as we welcome Tan Pham, a Vietnamese-American chef and cultural ambassador, for a hands-on cooking class: "Taste of Vietnam: Make Authentic Spring Rolls." The event will take place on Monday, October 28th, at 5:30 PM at the McIntosh Memorial Library.
Born in Vietnam and escaping shortly before the fall of Saigon at the age of 12, Tan has embraced Wisconsin as his home for nearly 50 years. His deep connection to his roots has led him to return to Vietnam many times over the past two decades, sharing his love for the culture and cuisine with others.
During this engaging class, participants will learn to create their own delicious spring rolls, making three rolls each. As you enjoy your culinary creations, Tan will share stories from his travels, offering a glimpse into Vietnamese culture, food experiences from bustling cities to serene villages, and the joys of meals enjoyed in backyard gardens.
Tan Pham is the owner of Cuisine Adventure Tours, where he leads inspired visitors through his homeland, showcasing the rich flavors and traditions of Vietnamese cuisine.
