Taste of Tuscany is a four-course guided dinner and cocktail experience thoughtfully designed to explore the way food, spirits, fresh herbs, citrus, and seasonal ingredients can complement one another.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy four courses prepared by the culinary team at M Osteria, each paired with a handcrafted cocktail featuring locally made spirits from Toledo Spirits Company. Your hosts will guide you through each pairing, sharing the inspiration behind the dishes and cocktails and why they work so beautifully together.

The Menu

First Course | Fresh Mozzarella
Heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil & grilled focaccia

Paired with the Basilico Collins
East Side Gin, fresh basil syrup, fresh lemon juice, sparkling water & fresh basil

Second Course | House-Made Fettuccine
Wild mushroom cream sauce, Parmigiano-Reggiano & truffle oil

Paired with the Sage & Pear Fizz
Heart of Gold Vodka, pear purée, sage honey syrup, fresh lemon, sparkling water & fresh sage

Third Course | Chicken Piccata
Prosciutto, lemon butter, roasted potatoes & seasonal vegetables

Paired with the Amalfi Lemon Gimlet
East Side Gin, limoncello, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup & a lemon twist

Dessert | Classic Tiramisu

Paired with the La Dolce Vita Espresso Martini
Heart of Gold Vodka, King & Dane Coffee Liqueur, espresso, vanilla syrup & espresso beans

From bright basil and citrus to earthy mushrooms, sage, truffle and rich espresso, each pairing has been intentionally created to carry you through a progression of Italian-inspired flavors.

Tickets are $100 per person and include the complete four-course dinner, four cocktail pairings, tax and gratuity.
