Long Islanders LOVE food. We look at, talk about, photograph and most of all, we love to eat! Long Island’s BEST Foodie party, Taste of the South Shore, is back with a Spring Edition, May 19, 2022 at Gatsby on the Ocean at Jones Beach at 6pm (5pm for VIPs). Over 55 booths of foods, beverages, and shopping, along with entertainment, huge contests, fire pits, and surprise performers.
Tickets are on-sale and are affordable! As events and concerts have been coming back, prices are so high that consumers are either forced to pay high rates or continue to miss events. Tickets for Taste of the South Shore are listed at $35 for GA and $65 for VIP. That includes 3 hours of unlimited tastings and fun for GA and 4 hours for VIP. Discount codes include: TASTE (save about 15% on GA tickets) and TASTEVIP (save about 25% on VIP tickets).
“We wanted Taste of the South Shore to celebrate our local restaurants and bar partners,” said Alissa Marti, Marketing Director and Event Producer for Taste of the South Shore. “If guests can’t afford to come to our event, then it’s a total waste to try to promote these amazing partners and
drive local restaurant business.”
Taste of the South Shore: Spring Edition features 18 booths of food, 40+ varietals of adult beverages, and 15 different shopping experiences. Highlights include: Porsche South Shore cars on display (and you can get inside them all), Sangria 71s 5-foot paella pan show, the NEW IPA collaboration with Sand City Brewing, Co. and 94.3 The Shark (Gen-Ten/Gen-X IPA), Prince Umberto’s Italian specialties, tastings of Oprah Winfrey’s rose, Marcel Maison, acrobats, live music, fire pits, and 4 lanes of ax throwing with NY Axe Throwing.
Taste of the South Shore: Spring Edition is presented by Porsche South Shore and benefits both Island Harvest and Discover Long Island. The VIP Ticket experience is presented by Dr. Stephen T.
