We are bringing back the Taste of the Highlands for 2026! 🍽️
Join us for a truly special evening celebrating the best of Highland food and drink, brought to life by hyper-local producers from across the region, as part of VILN Taste of the Highlands events calendar.
Hosted by MasterChef finalist Sarah Rankin, this one-off dining experience features a show-stopping menu created by Kingsmills Executive Chef, Geoff Malmedy, in collaboration with outstanding local producers. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with wines from WoodWinters Inverness, alongside exceptional craft drinks from across the area.
As the evening unfolds, Sarah will weave storytelling into every course, creating a warm, intimate atmosphere where flavours, people and a shared passion for the Highlands take centre stage. Perfect for food lovers and champions of local produce, this is a rare opportunity to taste, connect and celebrate in true Highland style.
Tickets are £75 per person and includes an arrival drink, as well as a 4 course dinner in our Kingsmills Suite including wine/drinks with the meal.
