Taste of the Caribbean Rum Dinner

Raise a glass as Citation says goodbye to the Summer with a proper send up with their Taste of the Caribbean Supper. Inspired by the flavours of The Dominican Republic and Cuba . Citation’s head chef has created a classic menu with some of his favourite flavours paired with a specially created cocktail menu.

The Caribbean inspired dinner has guests start the evening with a King Scallop Ceviche with bursts of citrus, chili and coriander. Tour round the Caribbean from the comfort of Glasgow with flavours of ginger, pineapple and mango.
